My Resume
Since the age of eighteen, I have been in professional job positions that encouraged me to wear the many hats that teachers wear on a daily basis. My jobs have taught me to respect children, parents, and coworkers as individuals, be open-minded towards new ideas, think quickly on my feet, plan ahead and over-prepare, work hard to solve problems in a positive and quick manner, communicate clearly and effectively, smile and have fun, and learn to laugh at myself along the way. Most importantly, my jobs and schooling have given me the opportunity to learn and work with amazing teachers and children. I have had hundreds of hours of real-world teaching experiences that have helped me grow into a better person, as well as help me better understand who I am as a teacher. These hours have helped me expand on the knowledge I have had with previous jobs and classes, and taught me different ways that will help my students learn and grow. |
